Inbound Sales Representative

Job Description


A call center agent provides customer service to new and old customers. In some cases, the agent calls the new customer in order to sell particular services; whereas in some cases, the call center is only providing inbound customer services where the customer agents only answers client queries.



  • Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails, and faxes as a receiver and caller.
  • Use careful questioning and listening skills that sustain effective telephone communication.
  • Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects.
  • Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally and effectively to deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers.
  • Use the most appropriate way to communicate with different behavior types on the telephone.
  • Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone.
  • Present proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations with appropriate actions to effectively control a call.
  • Identify voice skills and how to further enhance a good telephone presentation

Qualifications and Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate / Bachelor’s / College degree in any field.
  • Has a strong oral and written English communication skill.
  • Customer Service focused and oriented.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City.
