Job Description


A Customer Support Representative is someone dynamic and friendly with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills who can communicate well verbally through the telephone and in writing, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.



  • Displays or demonstrates the products or services of the company he/she works for.
  • Comfortable in cross-training and has an assertive work ethic.
  • Professional and customer service-oriented.
  • Can handle multi-tasking well.
  • Must be confident and enthusiastic to the customer.

Qualifications and Requirements


  • Excellent people skills and the ability to develop great relationships with our customers.
  • Great attention to detail, and communicates well verbally and in writing.
  • Previous experience in a similar customer service or administration role would be beneficial.
  • Experience providing telephone or email based customer service (minimum 6 months).
  • A positive attitude towards learning new tasks and undertaking any training, adapting to change and multi-tasking.
